LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 11/26/2023-12/3/2023: It was a very busy week for LBI real estate market activity. Unfortunately, a larger percentage of this week’s activity was in the form of expired and withdrawn listings! As we come towards the end of the year, be sure to check out my monthly analysis of home sales on Long Beach Island NJ to track how the Long Beach Island real estate market performed this year. You can review all the active, pending, sold, and withdrawn listings that are or were for sale on Long Beach Island in the given time frame. To give a quick summary:

  • 6 new listings entered the market with an average price of $3,478,000 (higher than usual thanks to a lower number of new listings and two very high-priced homes coming on the market)
  • 8listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $2,115,125
  • 7 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,692,500
  • 4 listings saw price reductions in the LBI real estate market
