Brant Beach and the Long Beach Island New Jersey Real Estate Market 2018

Brant Beach real estate sales, like many other towns and areas in the LBI Real estate market, were down in 2018 compared to 2017. While the total number of sales and the average sales price are still historically very high, 2017 seems to have been the peak of the market. In total there were 52 transactions of all property types including single family homescondominiumsmulti-family homesvacant land and commercial real estate. When compared to 2018’s 66 transactions this difference in the total number of sales is about what we have seen elsewhere in the Long Beach Island real estate market.
