LBI NJ Real Estate market sales have picked up a little since the beginning of the year. While overall sales of single family homes continue to lag behind 2017 and 2018, there are some encouraging signs for buyers in the Long Beach Island real estate market. LBI Real Estate Buyer Activity in 2019 is likely to increase in the next few months thanks to low mortgage interest rates and an increase in inventory. Historically both of these trends have led to higher activity and confidence is still high throughout the LBI real estate market.
