This represents a drop off compared to a few months ago but is still a strong showing for real estate activity on Long Beach Island. 15 new listings entered the market with an average price of $1,311,793
30 listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $1,330,743
21 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,587,940
11 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market
