LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 12/26/2021-1/2/2022: Happy New Year! This is the first weekly sales update of 2022 and things got off to an interesting start overall. There were a total of 49 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate market this week, but a large percentage of these changes were due to expired listings. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a weekly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market in addition to my monthly analysis of home sales. - 11 listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $2,006,491
- 7 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,741,286
