LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 2/6/2022-2/13/2022: There were 64 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate market this week, and roughly a third of that activity was in the form of pending sales. This is one of the busiest weeks of market activity so far in 2022. You can review all the active, pending, sold, and withdrawn listings that are or were for sale on Long Beach Island in the given time frame. To give a quick summary:
- 14 new listings entered the market with an average price of $1,534,857
- 27 listings went under contract with an average listing price of about $1,568,737
- 9 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $1,292,000
- 1 listing saw price reductions in the LBI real estate market
