LBI Real Estate New Home Construction Update May 2023

A significant part of the Long Bech Island NJ real estate market involves new construction. New homes are being built all over LBI, which has always been the case. Many of the homes that are being built on Long Beach Island are end-user homes, meaning that an individual or family owns the property and the home is being built for their personal use, but some of the new construction will be listed for sale. These homes are often referred to as “spec homes”, and they offer valuable insight into the health of the LBI real estate market.
