Beach Haven and the LBI NJ Real Estate Market in 2018
Long Beach Island Real Estate
While the real estate market in Beach Haven during 2017 showed strong activity, the market in 2018 was even stronger! This goes against the general trend we have been seeing in the Long Beach Island real estate market where the overall number of homes sold has fallen. In Beach Haven this was not the case. There were a total of 65 sold single family homes in 2018 compared to 53 in 2017. The average price of a single family home was $1,103,000 in 2018 just slightly under the average price of a home in 2017 ($1,133,000). Overall the market seems to be doing well in both Beach Haven and Long Beach Island despite there still being some signs that things are slowing down for buyers and sellers.
