LBI Real Estate Weekly Sales Update 2/24/2019-3/3/2019: The Long Beach Island real estate market saw a notable increase in activity this week with 107 changes to the MLS. This included new listings, price changes, sold listings, etc. There were 28 new listings to enter the market which was the same number as last week. The average listing price was about $200,000 higher this week. 11 properties sold on Long Beach Island with an average price of $533,000 (rounded)
25 listings were either withdrawn of expired in the LBI real estate market
